Investor Loans are available for non owner occupied 1-4 family and condos to Purchase or refinance – Rate and Term or Cash Out. These loans are typically non-recourse, fixed rate, adjustable or interest only.
Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR): No-Income Mortgage Loans
A DSCR loan is a Non-QM loan for real estate investors. The loan is based on the property’s cash flow, not the income of the borrower. Real Estate investors typically write off expenses on the properties, as such they would not qualify for a conventional loan. The Lender is ideally looking for 25% positive cash flow after the annual debt is taken off.
